Are you the sales leader for your business, or do you have sales leaders in your business? And if you do, have you trained them to be sales leaders?
At its core, leadership in sales or any other endeavor is the ability to get people to follow. The ability to lead is not determined by ownership or title.
I have asked sales managers and then asked a person who works for that manager, and I typically get two completely different answers.
